Thank you. No, we are not bringing down a new car because we have sold our home.

 

Possession date to transfer to new owners April 13, 2023. Our house policy terminates shortly afterward (April 21,2023) so we will let that policy run out and not renew.

Your service is excellent and we will always use you for our car insurance – we are just deciding perhaps we do not need the insurance for our home because the condo insures the building and we don’t have many contents to be worried about- I always recommend your company you do a great job.  We may need health insurance sometime in the next couple of years and we will come to you about that when the time comes.

I have been a client of International Insurance Services of Cabo for more than a decade. I’ve
been asked to join up with other companies from La Paz to Cabo over that time and I’ve always
resisted knowing that what seems like a “good deal” initially soon moves to a more impersonal
relationship. My experience with IIS has been excellent from the beginning and continues to
be.
Recently, I filed a claim for solar panels damaged in a hurricane. I couldn’t be happier with the
process and results. It’s true I didn’t get the total coverage I expected but knew as we went
along why I didn’t. In all candor, I had filed very late, and had replaced my panels (29) prior to
filing my claim. and the money was wired to my account as IIS said it would be.
My work with Karla Ramirez and the other folks at IIS was outstanding in letting me know what
insurance company expected by way of documents and supporting data.
We have been in the Los Barriles area for nearly 30 years. The support from our insurance
company and its agents has been outstanding and far above what I expected to receive. They
have my unequivocal testimony and support.

I also have documented other claims where the insurance company has paid the $100 pesos per meter price for paint. Since you have already gotten approval for this amount I will not provide any additional information on this item.

 

Thank you for resending the information for the contents. I appreciate the commitment from the adjuster at Calderon that he or she would revise the prices and make the appropriate modifications to their estimate. We will be looking forward to the revised prices this week so that we can conclude this part of Mr. Erickson’s claim.

 

Finally, thank you for your explanation of the Extra Expense section of Mr. Erickson’s policy. I agree with you regarding the coverage and the amounts to be paid. I am glad that the adjusters from Calderon are amicable to working the Extra Expense out. Your recommendations to the insurance company on the Extra Expense matter are appreciated. This is something that we have commonly prepared on other claims that we handle. I will communicate with our real estate professionals in Cabo for information that would help you with this part of the claim. I will send you information from them as soon as I receive it.

 

In the meantime I will also be working on some of the outside items that Mr. Giron had agreed to consider on Mr. Erickson’s claim. I should have a supplemental estimate prepared by Wednesday of this week.

 

I will be looking forward to the new prices for Mr. Erickson’s claim. I believe that we will get a fair resolution to Mr. Erickson’s claim with your help.

 

I frequently get asked for referrals for good insurance agents in Cabo by other clients. I will be sending business your way since you offer such great customer service for your clients.
